I figured that I'm not that healthy, I don't eat the right food and don't do sports. So, I tried to search for a sport that wouldn't take much of my time and would help me keep shape, the answer that I found was YOGA. I had a rough year but who would want to know the details, and yoga is the best when it comes to connecting with one's inner self. To be honest yoga is kind of hard but I found someone who made it easy: Adriene. I've seen a lot of yoga videos and just as was about to give up on yoga I found this wonderful lady. Adriene made yoga seem very easy. I returned home everyday at 7pm and I made sure not to miss my day practice. Yoga helped me relax after a long rough day. It's also a choice if you want to start your day with a practice it'll be quite helpful to help you get through the day. I thought so much about what I should write about and I figured that I should give her credit. Thank you Adriene for making me love yoga.
